Returns & Refunds

Please email sunprairie@pronutitiionwi.com regarding your return. Please provide your name, the product, order #, date of purchase, reason for return, and images of your issue and our team will reply within 2 business days. Please note that due to the products being consumable items we can not accept returns any opened items and even sealed items will be at Pro Nutrition's discretion. 

Please note: All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments will be given on prior sales.
 

What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?

We try hard while packaging orders to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged while in transit. We understand your frustration, and we will do everything in our power to replace the damaged product(s) promptly.
 
Please note: If any of your items arrive damaged or defective, please take pictures immediately and do not dispose of the items or the original packing until you've had a chance to speak with customer service. You will be asked to submit photographs of the damaged item(s)/packing material. 
 
If you've received a damaged item, please email us at: sunprairie@pronutritionwi.com. We will need your name, order number, and the item(s) that was damaged so we can arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. After this period no returns will be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have any questions contact: sunprairie@pronutritionwi.com for more information.

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards.
Downloadable software products.
Some health and personal care items.

Proof of purchase is required for any refund/exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):                Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Refunds only apply to regular price products. Unfortunately sale and clearance products cannot be returned.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email at sunprairie@pronutritionwi.com and send your item to: 1261 Cabela Dr. #103 Sun Prairie, Wi 53590.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1261 Cabela Dr. #103 Sun Prairie, Wi 53590.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
